  Young Adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities especially benefit from conversations with supportive adults to process their feelings and address questions about puberty. In this session, attendees will learn basic information about the changes that accompany puberty in order to normalize and prepare youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities for these changes.
